Trouble migrating to MediaWiki

Hi @Pppery, while attempting to migrate this page, I'm having trouble rendering it on MediaWiki due to missing templates. Is there any chance you can export and import some of the templates to MediaWiki? For example:

• Template:Type
• Template:Modint

Sigh. Why are there so many Meta help pages that are just unreadable forests of templates? Anyway Template:Type was blank so I just deleted the column entirely, and I imported Template:Modint. So, after rendering, I'm still noticing some errors on MediaWiki. I can't seem to figure out where it's coming from.

Honestly I'm inclined to skip the usual rewriting migration process for Help:Calculation and import it myself to mw:Manual:Parser function expr syntax, move any specific examples that aren't already there to mw:Help:Extension:Parser functions##expr, and then merge mw:Help:Round and mw:Help:Mod, round, floor, ceil, trunc into that one page. We're getting annoyingly close to the point where the useful pages have already been migrated and what's left is walls of technobabble. It's true. This sub-page isn't that helpful on MediaWiki. I only wanted to add it because it was used on m:Help:Mod, round, floor, ceil, trunc/mod demo 1 which contains some examples. Network-charles (talk) 19:27, 27 June 2024 (UTC)

Sigh. I think I'm going to finish reviewing the subpages of Help:Mod, round, floor, ceil, trunc myself. I've gone through mw:Project:MediaWiki documentation on Meta-Wiki/List and annotated a suggested action for each page - the things marked "migrate normally" are things that you should do following the standard process. Postscript: I see nothing of value in any of the subpages for basically the same reasons explained at Meta:Requests for deletion/Archives/2023#Help:Mod, and have consolidated the rest of this mess of pages into mw:Manual:Expr parser function syntax. * Pppery * _{it has begun} 21:33, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
