Explain your plan

I am serving as an administrator of Punjabi Wikipedia where I am responsible for monitoring recent changes, rectifying and deleting spam articles. I also take the initiative of being a coordinator for inter-community projects. At present, I am working as organizer of Feminism and Folklore 2023 (Punjabi) and also in the Jury. I have also collaborated with a local school to start an education program and plan to start after April 2023. I have recorded a video podcast with with Punjabi, Tamil and Bengali community at Project Tiger Training 2023, and now I am going to have some more videos podcast with different Wiki enthusiast to spread awareness about Wikimedia Movement. I have started a podcast with Wiki Community members to spread awareness regarding Wikimedia foundation and to edit those videos I require a decent laptop so that I can contribute effortlessly l. If WMF gifted me a used laptop as a Wikipedia admin and active contributor, I would use it for editing, research, outreach, and maintenance tasks to contribute more effectively to the Wikimedia community.

P.S - I received a Chromebook/laptop in the Project Tiger support program in 2019 but that Chromebook is not able to do the task I regularly do on Wiki. I confirm that if WMF gifted me a used laptop I will provide my Chromebook to an active and needed community member.
