The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• Where in Kwara State are you going for the photowalk
• Hall cost should be reduced to 30,000 NGN.
• Bus booking is limited to 70,000 NGN.
• Logistics/misc should be reduced to 10,000 NGN
• Food cost should be reduced to 2,000 NGN.
• RECEIPT FOR HALL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL AFFECT THE APPROVAL OF FUTURE PROJECTS

Thank you for your response and kind consideration.

As you can see from the places highlighted, they are not concentrated in just one part of the state. . Kwara is a very big state so movement between the places earmarked will take at least a hour or so, if not more. Due to rising fuel costs and logistics issues, I decided to write an estimate of #150,000 because we indeed have a lot of ground to cover. Also, a significant percentage of the miscellaneous costs would be also directed towards both our formal and informal tour guides at the various sites. If you do not mind, I'd like to contest the estimate you presented. Kindly review this in order to make our movement a bit easier. Thank you for your kind consideration in advance. My apologies, my estimate is #130,000, not the initial #150,000. I have found a way to save a bit of funds and still get the best value for the services needed. Thank you. Favouridowu (talk) 19:28, 31 August 2023 (UTC)
