The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• The amount for data support should be reduced
• Why do you need to pay for a hall when schools give halls for free. Even if you are to pay to rent a hall on campus, can you please adjust the cost?
• Transportation cost is also on the high side. Make relevant adjustments to this
• To reduce cost without reducing impact, we advise you make this a one day event
• Going through different proposals, we discovered that User:Akwugo will be part of different projects in the same month. Can you get this User to comment on their availability in the discussion page?

We look forward to your response and adjustment on or before May 30th 2023. Thank you once again for your work within the Wikimedia Movement in Nigeria.

Thank you so much @SuperSwift for reviewing my proposal. I have adjusted the cost for data, transportation and hall. This project is an outreach which needs day 1 for introduction and account opening,the second day will be to put them through on the basics of editing Wikimedia projects. I have had experience of having a day event which we ended up not taking participants through the editing part.please it would be nice and i suggest if this project is held two days in other to evaluate the impact of the training. SuperSwift Thank you for Responding, yes I am involved in other projects this month but they are not fixed on one day of which I can manage my time and support where my assistant is needed. Final comments and adjustments

Hello Ennydavids, we made some adjustments to this proposal and would want you to be aware of the final changes. Since this is a test run awareness, we suggest that you should limit the participants to maximum of 30 persons. With this in mins, we made some final adjustments to the budget also:

• Hall - 50,000
• refreshment - 90,000 (1,500 x 30 x 2)
• data support - 45,000 (1,500 x 30). This data is sufficient to carry them for two days
• souvenir - 15,000

This puts the new total at 284,000 NGN.
