Your answer to "How have you let relevant Wikimedia communities know about this proposal?" is "We will make use of the club WhatsApp group and the school social platform". This is not an acceptable answer. The Wikimedia communities in question here are Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons. You could communicate with them about your proposal by posting on d:Wikidata:Project_chat and c:Commons:Village_pump.

Your answer to "Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead the event?" is "User:Aminat23". You have zero edits to Wikidata and only 59 edits on Commons. I'm afraid that this does not qualify as experienced, so this answer is not appropriate. Bovlb (talk) 00:39, 20 June 2024 (UTC)

The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• Transportation for Facilitators will not be funded since no facilitators were included in your proposal
• Branded shirts for three most active members will not be funded since there are already prizes to be won.
• Gift for 20 returning members will not be funded
