Request funded

[edit]

Hello Visem,

The Participation Support Committee is glad to fund your work with the Wiki seminar Yangantau. Please review the next steps for your grant as described in "How the program works". Note that your post-event report must provide a link to an outcome from your participation, such as a learning pattern to teach others something you've learned at the event, a link to something new that was co-created by you and your fellow participants at the event, or a blog post you wrote to share your experience with others after the event.

Our Grants Administrator will be in touch with you about your grant. Thank you for work on behalf of the Wikimedia Foundation.

Warm regards, --Marti (WMF) (talk) 03:15, 5 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Grant request changes

[edit]

According to changes in duration of the seminar I want to change the date of returning for 2 April. The period after seminar and before flight I plan to stay in Ufa (in the house of one of Bashkir Wikipedian). --Visem (talk) 16:53, 16 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for the update, Visem. As long as costs remain within the original approved amount of US$400, your request to change your travel date for returning to Ukraine to 2 April 2016 is approved. I will reach out to our travel team and let them know of the change. -- Best wishes and safe travels, JTud (WMF), Grants Administrator (talk) 19:11, 16 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
Thank you very much. I will also write to the travel team for changing date. Wish you all the best, --Visem (talk) 20:44, 16 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
