Questions about your submission

[edit]

@SantoshiWiki: Thank you for your submission. The committee would like some clarification on a couple of things about your request.

1. Has your talk/presentation and/or workshop been officially accepted at the event? We were unable to find this information on your request or at the event website.

Answer: There is no official acceptance to take workshop yet. I have applied for it, waiting for their response.

2. The budget for your flight appears a bit high. Quick searches provided about US$170 for Varanasi to Bangalore and about US$80 for Bangalore to Nashik, and these are the higher costs on the search results. Could you provide the breakdown for your airfare budget or rationale behind the US$750 budget? -- Thank you, Jtud (WMF) (talk) 18:54, 4 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Answer: Sure. I will make the changes accordingly.

@SantoshiWiki: I am following up to make sure you have seen the comments from Jtud posted on November 4. The Committee cannot complete its review of your application without the requested information. We hope to hear from you soon! Thanks, --Marti (WMF) (talk) 19:48, 11 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
@SantoshiWiki: Thank you for your reply. Would you please let us know the name of workshop you plan on giving/hosting? The committee will wait to make a decision until after your workshop has been accepted and added to the conference schedule. -- Thank you, Jtud (WMF) (talk) 19:00, 18 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
