Withdraw request

Hi Grants, I would like to ask to withdraw this TPS grant and refund WMF the amount that was alloted to me. I was able to find a couch to sleep on, and a carpool ride back to New York from Montreal, so I didn't spend more than $20 on helping out with gas and the occasional coffee to attend the conference and have no receipts to submit.
