Questions about your report

Thank you for providing this great report, and congratulations on your successful participation. We do have a few questions for you:

1. Would you please send your receipts for your visa and hotel expenses to participation at wikimedia dot org? We will need these before accepting the report. Since we booked your travel directly, you don't need to send us a receipt for that expense, of course.
2. It seems like you may have forgotten to add the missing the link to the description of your participation when you mention, "Link of my participation is here." Would you please add the link directly to your report?
3. It's great to hear that you received so many insights and such useful feedback after you gave your talk about the Language Coverage Matrix Dashboard. Do you have a few specific examples of how this feedback might influence your work moving forward that you can share with us briefly?

We appreciated your observations about the effective conference organization and we are glad to know this was a positive aspect of your experience. That is a good observation that a faulty internet connection can sometimes present a risk or challenge when you are presenting in a new environment for the first time. We're glad you're thinking of ways to be prepared for that in the future. We also liked that folks seemed to be receiving a direct benefit from your talk on gadgets, discussing how to adapt their learnings to their own work with you on the spot.

Amounts to be reimbursed

We have approved some changes to the original budget to accommodate additional costs of flights and visas. See, Grants_talk:TPS/Harsh4101991/FOSDEM#Increase_to_overall_grant_amount.

Flights were booked directly by WMF, and the grantee will be reimbursed for remaining expenses in INR: 9,900 INR for visa costs and 15,217 INR for hotel costs (calculated from 180. 25 EUR and based on an exchange rate of 84.42060 INR to 1 EUR on the date of payment), or a total of 25,117 INR.

What? «be more useful and informative. They suggested me to add some more information about different tools and functionality». Please also fix your grammar next time: «They used collaboration concept in developed open source softwares into this.
