Sorry Nemo I didn't notice your entry earlier. Trademarks and domains are properties of the WikiJournal organization, unless belonging to specific journals that are organizations on their own (registered and with a board and bylaws), such as WikiJMed.org belonging to WikiJournal of Medicine. So, this grant effectively supports both WikiJournal and WikiJournal of Medicine. I've now sent an email to the Legal team to confirm whether it's all right that the trademark belongs to WikiJournal, or whether they want it to be a property of Wikimedia Foundation directly. I see. I asked because there was no mention of this "WikiJournal organization" in the page or in WikiJournal User Group. In what country is it registered? Nemo 09:49, 3 December 2017 (UTC)

Nemo, it was stated a bit down in that page, and may not have been very clear. I've now elevated this info to the top of the page [1]. It's registered in Sweden. Mikael Häggström (talk) 20:52, 8 December 2017 (UTC)

Trademark registration removed

I removed the part of trademark registration ($400) from the application, because this needs to be done directly by Wikimedia Foundation. Mikael Häggström (talk) 16:17, 13 December 2017 (UTC)

COPE membership

I removed the COPE membership fee from the grant, since COPE did not accept new members at the time our last application was granted. Thus, we will use last year's grant to fund our membership through 2018. Mikael Häggström (talk) 12:44, 15 December 2017 (UTC)
