As noted in the Eligibility and Funding Guidelines page, we are only receiving applications for Wiki Loves Monuments in the month of August, and for awareness campaigns grants in the month of September. I am moving this application back to draft so that you may adjust it to current funding guidelines and resubmit it in a month open to other types of applications. Hi, MMontes (WMF; We appreciate your efforts to notify me on time. We revisited guideline and resubmitted our proposal according to that. We have intention to move Hindi Wikipedia movement within larger Wikipedia movement. Hello, MMontes (WMF); WJifar (WMF); Thank you for being sorry to be unable to support hindi Wikimedia user group’s work at this time. I want to know that Did WMF team decided To funde any project from india if only we coordinate with CIS/A2K? other wise it will not funded? Is CIS/A2K initiatives are realy India-wide initiatives. We don’t think so. Hindi Wikipedian have found that CIS/A2K project’s particularly educational program is continuous disaster for Hindi wiki projects and WMF funds and there is no way to stop it. If Wmf has disided to keep whole Indian language project hostage in CIS/A2K hand’s than there is no meaning for user group and to apply for rapid grant next time? Hello अनिरुद्ध, I apologize for the delay in response regarding your concerns here. I believe there has been a misunderstanding in regards to connecting and coordinating Wiki Loves Monuments grants with CIS/A2K. What my colleague was trying to say was that in regards to Wiki Loves Monuments we were hoping to select and fund one country wide competition. If you're applying for other grant requests that are not Wiki Loves Monuments related proposals then you're welcome to apply as an individual or as a group separate from CIS/A2K. I apologize if it sounded like we were asking you to request all your grants through CIS/A2K, that was NOT our intention at all. Does this help clarify things now? Please let us know.
