Hi Woubzena ! Thanks for reviewing my request and inquiring into it.

1. Yes, Absolutely. My colleagues gonna help me both as a participant and a volunteer. Not only this, Others peoples will join for sure after Site-notice, Mass Messages and Social media sites promotion.
2. Actually No, If anyone (helping hand) related with the project will be in need of the budget items then I will definetly share with them.

Hello Tulsi Bhagat, it is still unclear to me how others will be participating in your project.

1. Can you please let us know if you're hosting an editathon? Or if individuals are going to be working on projects separately on their own.
2. In your budget table, can you add who will be using the internet connectivity and communication charges as this is unclear from the proposal.
3. For the refreshment section can you also add how many people you'll be expecting to provide refreshment for?

Hi Woubzena ! I'm really sorry for making things complex. I'm taking my words back. Please, check the proposal once again ! I've bit amended it. Let me clear everything to you, There will be only one main participant (an individual; me myself) since this project Wiki Loves Individual states that Wiki loves an individual effort. I will be in-charge of adding contents at Maithili Wikipedia and improving items at Wikidata (Project Goal #1 & #2).

Now, Project Goal #3; For recruiting new editor(s), I will organized a small inspiring & learning meetup program which will consist upto 5 peoples who are interested about Wikimedia Foundation & it's projects but yet haven't created a account for their own and started contributing. So, Refreshment & communication charges of the budget table will be for achieving project goal #3. And internet connectivity charges of the budget table will be for that project goal #1 & #2 and also for the meetup session.

Additional, Let you know one thing more i.e. I have good track record of creating 490+ articles in the time period 50 days. Also, I wanted to create such a project (#WikiLovesIndividual) which will be unique in itself and here it is. Thank you, — Tulsi Bhagat (talk) 20:26, 26 March 2018 (UTC)

Not Funded

Hello Tulsi Bhagat, I appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions. I am marking your request as not funded given that this project is only supporting you to edit. If you look at our grant criteria and guidelines you will see that we don't fund projects that replace volunteer action by directly funding someone to create content. Even though you're not proposing we pay you for your editing, having you be the only person on this project and paying for your meals and data charges does not fall under our eligible funding as supporting an individual who is engaged in recruitment campaigns.
