Hello Silva.1994 thank you for the work you've done with Wiki Weekend Tirana 2017. It was great to read your report. It sounds like you had great success despite weather conditions. I had a few follow up questions for you as I'm excited to see the progress you made at this weekend.
- Did you have a way to track your participants? Would you mind sharing the articles created and improved?
- In your geoinformation added section, your explanation still has "X" as the number of geoinformation added. Could you please update that section?
- Can you share the category of photos added from Wiki Loves Monuments on Commons?
I have reviewed your expense documentation and everything is in order. Please respond to these questions and I can go ahead and accept your report. Best regards, WJifar (WMF) (talk) 20:55, 23 March 2018 (UTC)
Hello WJifar (WMF) Thanks for reaching out! It's good to hear that you enjoyed reading on Wiki Weekend.
- Yes we actually did track our participants. Here you can see a list of all the people who were part of the workshops during the event: https://sq.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kategoria:An%C3%ABtar%C3%AB_t%C3%AB_grupit_t%C3%AB_projektit_Wiki_Weekend_Tirana_2017 There were even more participants who only atended some of the talks and didn't register here since they couldn't join the workshops. Sure, in this category: https://sq.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kategoria:Wiki_Weekend_Tirana_2017 you can find all the articles which were created, improved or added geolocation during the event. The stamp was added by the participats of the events who worked on this articles.
- Sorry for the typo on that. It was made on mistake during the time of creating the article, I made the updates on the report.
- One of the goals of our event was to "Establish a strategy for the next years activities (planning for Wiki Loves Monuments 2018, Hack4Herritage etc) through the meetups of the second day." We did held two meetups and have been working on different events in the recent months. Regarding the Wiki Loves Monuments, we decided altogether with the other usergroup (Wikimedians of Albanian Language Usergroup that this event will be organized by them and not by Wikimedia Community User Group Albania (members of which organized Wiki Weekend). We are in the meantime working on other local events some of which are a result of planning durint Wiki Weekend 2017.
