Hello Oby Ezeilo, thank you for submitting this request and for organizing a series of Art and Feminism edit-a-thons to improve the content of Igbo Wikipedia. We have reviewed your proposal and have the following comments and questions:

• There’s a discrepancy in the first line of your detailed budget. The total of “Food and drink” expenses should be 1,050 USD not 1,020 USD. Please correct it and readjust your budget, if needed.
• Do you have a prepared list of articles you’ll be offering to the editors to work on? How will you track the contributions of editors during your six events? Are you planning to use the Outreach dashboard?
• From your grant request I could see that the events would take place in Abuja. Will you be organizing all six events in the same place?

• On the issues of discrepancy in my budget i have corrected it in the proposal. Thank you.
• Yes i have a prepared list of articles that the editorts will work on and will track their contributions using the Outreach dashboard.

Request to update activities

Hello DSaroyan (WMF). This project was funded but there was delay in the release of the fund. Just before the time i got the money, the Covid 19 came and WMF advised that all off line projects should not take place. I therefore did not start the project. Since online projects are allowed to go on, I have arranged with my intended participants that we do this project online. This will simply mean that every body will do the edit a thon in his house or in one of the cyber cafes that are following the government directive on covid and allowed to do business. To achieve this i will convert the money budgeted for renting accommodation to cover payment for data or for the cyber cafe as the case may be. this also means that the date for completing the project will change. i apply for your approval.--Oby Ezeilo (talk) 19:52, 27 August 2020 (UTC)

Hello DSaroyan (WMF) As i stated before i will convert the earlier budget for renting a meeting place to pay for data and for cybercafe. There will be a total of 6 events. In each event there will be 7 participants. In the participants, 4 have laptops and will be working from home while 3 will be working from a cybercafe. For those working from home, their cost of data will be $15 for each day adding up to 15 X 4 X 6 = $360. For those working from a cybercafe, we will pay $30 for each work station adding up to 30 X 3 X 6 = $540. The total cost will then be 360 + 540 = $900.
