Could you please elaborate your intention of this proposal in the middle of the ongoing discussion over community village pump regarding Wikipedia 20 Celebration? Or could you please send us a quick link of discussion you've initiated in any of the active user group and wikipedias currently operating in Nepal regarding Wikipedia 20 Celebration? Hi Nabin K. Sapkota Thank you for your question. I am an active Wikimedia editor since 2014 and also active in Wikimedia Education in different outreach activities. Regarding Wikipedia 20 Celebration is an opportunity for the Wikimedia and who advocate Wikimedia Movement. Hi Nawaraj Ghimire, we duly respect your contributions and enthusiasm for Wikipedia. But regarding effective Wikimedia Movements in Nepal, we've affiliated user groups from WMF with community based norms and values operated by experienced Wikimedians since the establishment of Wikipedia. So, I hereby request you to participate and respect the ongoing community discussions regarding Wikipedia 20 and answer the specified queries asked by community members as a responsible Wikipedian.

Since community have proposed Wikipedia 20 events in 4 different locations collaboratively with different communities for mass coverage with optimum budget line, you can present your ideas in ongoing community discussions and address the nearby event location. - Nabin K. Hello Nabin K. Sapkota, thanks for your feedback. I personally don't think that Nawaraj has to notify the whole community and participate in these discussions when he is organizing a local Wikipedia 20 event at his campus. He is free to organize any event without notifying any Nepali User Group, even if you are an affiliated organization. Nawaraj has implemented a needs assessment survey among the targeted community members at his campus. He also listed this event in the Wikipedia 20 event page. I think this is sufficient because he will be working only with the local community members at his campus. If he wants, he can of course reach out to you and coordinate this work with your affiliate.
