• In the probox you haven’t set specific start and end dates for your project. Could you please set specific start and end dates for your grant and update these dates in the probox (right sidebar)? DONE
• Could you respond to the question under the Impact section about the post-event survey? DONE
• I noticed that you plan to purchase swag from the Wikipedia Store. There is no need to purchase these items since we can send them to you for free. To receive swag from the Wikipedia Store, please follow the requesting swag page. Please remove these expenses from your budget and as described in the page, make a swag request instead. DONE

Requested variance to expenses

Hello, we have been informed that the Wikimedia merchandise store is currently closed and therefore we cannot receive the requested items that we planned to use for achievement prizes, content creation incentice prizes etc. Can we repurpose some of the catering funds to cover the purchase of some local souvenirs of the region to give as prizes instead?
