Hello Modjou, thank you for submitting this grant report. We are excited to see that you've run a successful GLAM-Wiki edit-a-thon in Côte d'Ivoire. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication! I have reviewed your report and have a few comments and questions that I would like you to respond to.

  • The subtotal of communication expenses in the Finances section should be 127,500 XOF and not 97,500 XOF. Please kindly correct this amount and recalculate the total expenses. In addition, kindly confirm in the Remaining funds section that you have no remaining funds.
  • Have you collaborated with any GLAM institution after this edit-a-thon?
  • Is the Wiki Club in Bouaké still active and growing?
  • Could you please respond in the report page if there is anything you would do differently next time?

Thank you for all your time and hard work in organizing this project! Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 14:54, 24 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello DSaroyan (WMF),I apologize for my belated response.here are your answers:
  • Yes, we had several exchanges with other institutions after this edict- a-thon, but, we were not able to organize another edict-a-thon with them because of several factors, mainly related to funding. This year, the user group managed to get an APG. We hope to continue to expand our collaborations with Glam.
  • Yes, so far, the subgroup that we have opened to Bouaké exists. four new people paid their membership fees several months after the group was founded in Bouaké. So I can say yes, the subgroup continued to grow after this creation. Modjou (talk) 22:41, 23 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
