Hello Krishna Chaitanya Velaga, Thank you for putting this report together. It was great to see you had met your target outcomes. I am including a couple of follow up questions for you to consider:

1. It’s great to see you give thought to options for speakers to participate remotely. Have you considered options for participants to do the same?
2. Why do you think so many of the registered participants were unable to make it?

@LMiranda (WMF): Thanks for reviewing the report. The answers to your queries are as follows:

1. That's a good suggestion! We'll consider setting up a YouTube or Facebook live for our future activities, and share the link to public for remote attendance.
2. There might have been several factors. But I feel that this can avoided by charging a nominal participation fee. In this way, we can make participants more committed towards the event they have registered for.
