[edit]@Krishna Chaitanya Velaga: Hi Krishna, I'm just leaving a note here that I will be leaving fuller comments on this report early next week, but wanted to let you know that I've approved the report for now so I can take care of your open grant proposal. Thanks, I JethroBT (WMF) (talk) 23:06, 15 June 2018 (UTC)

@Krishna Chaitanya Velaga: Hey Krishna, apologies the delay in my review. Here are my comments on the report:
- Congratulations on this very successful endeavor. You have exceeded all of the goals you planned, and even ran an additional event on top of the four initially planned. I particularly want to highlight your own and your team's effort to coordinate amongst many user groups with the help of local community organizers to support participation. This kind of coordination is difficult work to plan and execute, and it is clear you have done quite well in this area. I can appreciate that the limited time you had, in part due to our own delay in reviewing and approving the proposal, was a factor in these difficulties. In terms of giving your team enough time to prepare, I hope we can do our part as well and ensure your proposals are reviewed in a more timely way.
- I'm glad to hear that the CentralNotice banner was of good help in inviting participants, and for bringing attention to your campaign. It is a powerful tool, and I'm glad that you've used it well.
- It's neat to see the item lists page created as a result of this campaign. While many Rapid Grants do result in substantive work on Wikidata, I have not seen it used to direct participants to Wikidata items and article content in the context of running edit-a-thons, but I think it works rather well.
Congratulations to you and your team for your excellent work. I JethroBT (WMF) (talk) 17:49, 26 June 2018 (UTC)
