@Filipinayzd: Hi Irvin. Thanks for your proposal to support Wiki Gap 2020 in the Philippines. Unfortunately, for reasons I described here, we cannot retroactively provide funding for the 2019 prizes and awarding ceremony. Please remove these expenses from your budget.
