Hello M-Mustapha, thank you for submitting this Rapid Grant application. I reviewed it and have the following questions:

• Please add a secondary contact information to the probox.
• Kindly respond to question #2 and add on-wiki notification links to the proposal page.
• In your budget, you have “Internet subscription” and “Data subsidy for training participants”, what’s the difference between these two expenses? For how many participants do you plan to cover the internet costs?
• Please reduce the prize budget (including T-shirts) to 400 USD maximum.

Hi! DSaroyan (WMF), thanks for requesting these clarifications.

• I have updated the secondary contact
• Responded and links added
• Yes, the internet subscription is meant for 3 training sessions to be done on interval, and to subscribe for zoom platform and follow up communications after the project, while the internet data subsidy is to provided data bandwidth to at least 20 participants to be able to participate in all the three training sessions.
