Kosovo and Albania will be doing a joint WLM 2016 prizes ceremony. The winter was extremely cold here thus impossible to heat our venue. Now some of our volunteers and supporter are away for a few weeks. We are asking until 31 March to conclude with the last activity and submit the report.
