• Please confirm that you will also reach out to community members on Meta-Wiki and Swahili Wikipedia.
• You mentioned that you would have other experienced editors supporting your event. Could you please provide their Wikimedia usernames?
• Could you please add the number of units to the budget breakdown?
• What will the Contingency costs cover?

Hello DSaroyan (WMF), thanks for reviewing the Rapid Grant application. Below actions are taken as per your comments and answers to the questions:

• I have confirmed that I will reach out to the community on Meta-Wiki and Swahili Wikipedia.
• I have listed the usernames for the experienced Swahili Wikipedia editors willing to lead the event.
• I have added the budget breakdown as to how I understood I should do, please let me know if I could perfect it more.
• The contingency costs cover any costs that may occur that was not budgeted for (for example, the number of registrants/participants may be more than the expected number, bank charges)
