Hello Uncle Bash007, thanks for submitting this grant proposal. I have reviewed it and have a few questions and request:

• Could you please provide information about the GLAM institutions you plan to visit? Are you in touch with them? Have they confirmed their participation?
• Do you plan to run different outreach activities at these GLAM institutions? What do you want to promote?
• Are you planning any editathons with these institutions? Who will be the main target audience for your editathons? I need to understand the connection between promotional activities, running editathons, and using resources from these institutions. So, please kindly provide more details about these activities.
• Will you be renting editathon spaces in these institutions?
• The Risk Assessment document you provided has been created for another grant project. It is unacceptable to provide a Risk Assessment document that has been created for another event. Please create a new Risk Assessment form for your project and fill it out with your event information. Could you also explain in your response why you have linked a Risk Assessment document from another project instead of creating a new one?
• Given the project scope, we think that the prize amount is high. Please reduce it to 150 USD in total.
• Please add the requested amount in NGN to the probox.

• yes, we already have access to Arewa House Library at Kaduna State during our previous project on bibliography & citations of Hausa Folklores and I have also contacted Umaru Musa Yar'adua University Library & Alqalam Univeristy Library here at Katsina state. I will also contact Katsina State Meseum and archive center once the project have being approved. There are other Private Libraries in which we are planning to visit.
• We want to introduce Wikipedia to people who visit Libraries and our promotional materials will serve as an identity to what organization we represent.
• Yes, we are planning on visiting Libraries, meseum & archives for 2 weeks, after then we will organize a 2 days editathon in which we will add the acquired data on Wikipedia.
• After acquiring the needed resources from the Libraries,, we will find a more friendly and condusive environment among them and conduct our editathon. The main target will be our already registered new users in the region
• Ok, I have updated the Risk Assessment Form
• ok, I have also reduce the prizes to 150USD as required.
• ok, I have included the amount in NGN as well
