[edit]Hello Padawan15 thank you for submitting your report for Binghamton Art+Feminism Wikipedia Edit-a-thon. I know you got a lower turn out than expected but this was a great first edit-a-thon you've put on. You've already identified great areas of improvement. I was especially excited to see that you had included the quotes from your participants. It really showed the impact you had on the group. I wanted to ask some follow up questions on your report and provide comments and resources for future events you might plan.
Questions
- Could you please share with us your outreach dashboard so we can see the articles your group was able to edit?
- In your finance section please include the expenses you had for each of the budget line items. I see from your email that you spent the budget but we will need the numbers in the grants funds spent section of the report as well.
Comments
- In the new fiscal year we've been encouraging all our grantees to scale back on t-shirts. We have recognized that they are high cost items and are also not inclusive as you're limited in getting specific sizes for participants. Please consider other gifts or giving a variety of prizes for your participants.
Resources
- If you're looking to increase your participation perhaps you can collaborate with teachers in different courses such as in Women's studies, to spread the word of your future Art + Feminism edit-a-thons. You can explore the following resources to encourage professors to participate in your program.
Again, thank you for all the work you do on Wikimedia projects and I am accepting your final grant report and expense documentation. Best regards, WJifar (WMF) (talk) 16:50, 26 March 2019 (UTC)
