Hello Aliyu shaba, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant proposal. I reviewed it and have the following questions:

  • Please share the Risk Assessment tool with us.
  • How do you plan to track participants’ contributions to Wiktionary?
  • Do you have any team members who are experienced in working with Wiktionary?
  • How many banners do you plan to prepare and what is the unit price?
  • How many facilitators will you have at the event? Why do you propose to offer 12 T-shirts to facilitators?
  • We now require all projects to be announced on Wikimedia projects in advance, so that the community is notified about the planned activities. Could you please announce this project on the relevant Hausa community pages of Meta, Wikipedia or other Wikimedia Projects? After you notify the community, please add the page link(s) into the proposal page.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 13:33, 14 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hello Aliyu shaba, thanks for your response. We won't be able to move forward with this grant request until you have team members who have experience in working with Wiktionary. Currently, you have only 11 edits on Wiktionary, User:Musa Vacho77 has no edits, and Anasskoko has 39 edits. Do you think you can find other more experienced team members? Hello DSaroyan (WMF), with the best of my knowledge, I do have experience in Hausa Wikitionary, the fact that I don't have many edits in there is because I'm so busy with administrative work in Hausa Wikipedia, Commons and projects activities, believe me, we can make it happen.--AnasskokoTalk 13:13, 22 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
