Hello FroyAgta, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant request. It’s great to see that you are planning to support the capacity building of community members. I have reviewed your proposal and have some questions and comments:

• We can not proceed with this current grant until the underspends from your past Rapid Grants (2018 WikiTutorial and Monthly Meetups and Camera and Printer+Ink) are not returned to WMF.
• Since you are a member of the PhilWiki Community User Group and other projects referred to in the proposal are implemented by the user group, I kindly request to add the user group name to the probox, so that this grant will be credited to the user group.
• We would need more details about what expenses are being covered under the following budget items:
  • WikiTutorials
  • Online Meetups
  • Logistics

Please add those details to the proposal page under your budget breakdown.

• Considering your history of underspends, we kindly request to remove the contingency costs from your budget.
• Please use Oanda.com to convert PHP to USD and update the total requested amount if necessary.
• Will you be working with any new editors in terms of this project?

Hello FroyAgta, I have marked this proposal as ineligible due to underspends from your previous grants and a lack of clarity over the rationale for why these underspends were not available to return to the Wikimedia Foundation upon request. When these issues are clarified, and we establish steps to prevent these circumstances in the future, you will be eligible to apply for funding again.
