To the project team, the project plan looks clear with activities and timelines clearly drafted. However, there does not appear to be any community endorsements for this yet?

Please provide clarity regarding the current budget. This is especially related to the costs assigned for;

• Research: Note that given the timelines for delivering on this package currently, research is not expected.
• Translation: With the timelines (feedback to be provided to the Drafting Committee by December 18), we recommend that the team focuses on the most important pages to be translated at the moment. Please revise the translation budget to reflect this.
• Contingency: Please revise the contingency charges. Again because this is a project happening within a very short and specific timeline, contingencies are not expected to exceed banking charges. Do revise the budget to reflect this YPam (WMF) (talk) 09:37, 8 December 2022 (UTC)

• Research : vu que la la recherche n'est pas prévue, nous venons de prendre soins en l'enlevant;
• Translation : vu les contraintes de temps évoqué, nous venons de réviser le budget lié à la traduction et de prendre en compte que la traduction des documents jugés important et prioritaire pour l’instar  ;
• Contingency : Nous prenons acte de votre commentaire lié à ce point et nous venons d’enlever les frais d’imprévus et de laisser que celui lié aux frais bancaires et quelques frais de transfert lié aux opérations mobile-money.
