Not Funded[edit]

Hello @Majalam thank you for applying for the rapid fund grant. We reviewed your application and after a careful consideration, have decided to not fund this application at this time. While the project plan is interesting and we encourage small languages communities to find opportunities to grow and thrive, the impact objectives for this project do not match the stated project plan or the shared experiences of the project team.

We strongly encourage the team in future to keep the scope of the plan focused to enable you to build community and editing skills and experience. In the meantime, please reach out to either the Hausa Wikimedians User Group or the Wikimedians of Nigeria UG for support through a micro-grant program. They are currently best positioned to provide both the financial and contextual support that you will need to effectively grow the Kare Kare language on wiki projects.

Best regards, (On behalf of the Middle East and Africa regional funds team) ~~~~ YPam (WMF) (talk) 13:35, 23 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
