Hello, thank you for submitting your Rapid Fund request.

We appreciate your willingness to contribute to the Wikimedia Movement. We have completed the initial review of your application and we decided to not fund it.  

It is unclear how the proposed strategies will support you and the team in yielding high quality article creation on En.Wikipedia, recognizing that newcomers need time and continuous training support to not only understand the policies but apply them in their editing journey. Additionally, looking at the trainers activities on the Wiki projects indicated, we do not see recent activity that would then give confidence to the capacity of the team in delivering the project, even if the intention behind it is great.
