WM UA internal approval

2.1.1 Planning and Preparation

(as I am not sure if we can add something to the report now)
The idea to put on such event first appeared after the permission for this book was given by the widow of the translator Yurii Otroshenko. We already have his translations in the wikisource. Hanna Kolesnyk-Ratushna was inspired by his works and a CD was burnt. We have managed to get the permission to publish its content under the free license. --アンタナナ 03:30, 24 July 2013 (UTC)

Budget table

One more note: please do fix your budget table so that it shows the budgeted expenses (from your original grant submission) as well as the actual expenses. Right now, you have simply duplicated the actual expenses. When reviewing this report, we compared this table to your original submission, but it would be nice if you would correct this so that others viewing the report could understand this table more easily.
