Hello, I've just noticed that my grant draft endangered languages is the only one from the IdeasLab section. Have I done something wrong? Should I move it to a PEG page? Sorry if this is a daft question! Lauren

Hi Lauren. It's not a daft question at all! In the Expand your idea section of your current proposal there is a button that will take you through the steps to update your request using the PEG grant template. Be sure to move the endorsements from your current proposal to the new one. Let us know if you have any trouble doing this and we can talk through solutions. We look forward to reviewing your request! Best, --KHarold (WMF) (talk) 20:59, 30 September 2015 (UTC)Reply
Thanks KHarold (WMF)! I must have missed that button! I've run through that now - looking forward to seeing you on the review side of things! Lauren
Hmmm, It said it was successful when I went through the process, but now it's still an IdeasLab page and it has a weird header full of text. Not sure if something went wrong, any idea what I've done KHarold (WMF)? Lauren(talk)

I see that a bunch of funded grant request pages do not have grant report submissions. In such cases, what happens to the amount transferred by the WMF? — Nearly Headless Nick {C} 15:48, 29 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Reports are due three months after the completion date of each grant. Many grants don't have reports either because they are not yet due, or because they are overdue, in which case we send reminders to the grantees until a report is submitted. Do you have any specific concern? Asaf Bartov (WMF Grants) talk 17:49, 29 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Open vs. draft status

[edit]

I notice there are a couple of proposals, including Bedu Mumtaz/Jordan startup, that are listed here as "draft submissions", while they are listed as "open" on the project page. --Bedu Mumtaz

Greetings, Bedu Mumtaz! Apologies for the late response. This is because of a bug in the category tree extension used to display this page. You simply need to purge the page to see the pages listed currently in each category. When in doubt, the category shown on the page itself will be correct.
