Hi CFCF,

Thanks for this thorough report and congratulations on what you've accomplished so far - the successful Ebola integration seems to be evidence that the community-organizing infrastructure you've been working on is already helping. I'm accepting this report today, and because we already discussed it in detail during our last advisors meeting, I'm not going to repost detailed feedback here.

Instead, to recap on next steps from our conversation, I'm happy to see you adjust goals at this point, now that you're getting clearer on which languages are the key focus for integrating this content, and which languages are becoming less of a priority. Please do go ahead and make updates to your pages as you see fit - as your project changes based on new knowledge, I expect your plans will too, and the documentation here should reflect new information :)

The 3 next steps that I understand you'll focus on in coming months, based on our last discussion with all project advisors, are as follows:

1. group languages according to their needs & document your strategy for engaging with each set of communities
2. user interviews to learn more about how updated systems are working from the integrator's perspective: map the communication-to-action funnel and schedule Hangouts to get feedback from users about the signups, guides, and other workflows you've created
3. progress tracking improvements - start to split wikipedian workflows out from TWB workflows in spreadsheets, and start to make the new tracking systems that you've completed live - perhaps other volunteers can help move the remaining tables over to the new system over time :)
