Thank you for putting this very thorough report together and I apologize in the long delay in rapping this up. Additionally, thank you for your patience and understanding as we reviewed the financials and apologies for the confusion on my end. It sounds like this was a very successful and welcoming event that was driven and created by the community. I am including a couple of follow up questions and comments for you to consider:

1. I’m glad to see that you are rethinking the program structure to allow for more breaks and declining energy levels, you may also want to consider having some of the lighter sessions/free discussion time in the later afternoon.
2. You mentioned the use of livestreams during the conference. Did you have live remote participation during this? If so, how did it go? If not, this could be a way to provide more access to your event and to incorporate those people who aren’t able to attend in person.
