Budget changes approved

WMIN has requested to adjust the budget for this grant in order to repurpose its operational expenses to cover some program expenses. This is because WMIN is currently unable to receive any foreign funding. The total amount of the programs grant is 450,000 INR, which is also the cost of the strategy meeting WMIN had planned for December 2015. Therefore, the cost of the strategy meeting is being deducted from this grant, and the new grant amount for operations will be 438,000 INR.
