General remarks

This is a very compreshensive report, aligned with WMUK's strategy.

On the form of the report

• the breakdown of all the metrics is extremely clear. WMUK is one if not the only one to do that and it is refreshing to see how they use metrics not only because they must, but really because they are looking at improving their activities, impact and reach
• Change, challenge, Learning, Future are great ways of explaining their thought process and giving enough context and visibility in how they approach change and adaptation
• Case studies are good illustrations of the activities

On the content

Particularly interesting

• Example of the threatened species
  • great example of how this will trickle down and can be used at greater scale (from Welsh to the world)
• First ever Wikidata visiting scholar (National Library of Wales) + gender balance in articles
• BBC 100 women what was your involvement?
• Partnership advisory board = good initiative to bring more people on board and harness skills and networks
• Bodleian and Japanese illustration, a great and different kind of project
• Volunteer hours have always been a metric tracked by WMUK and are extremely interesting as they echo the "in kind donations" that show what people are ready to do for the organization.

On results

• Results are very good and often exceed expecations.
• Metrics are very comprehensive, include Global metrics, Qualitative targets
