We have published a staff summary of all 2012-2013 Round 1 Q1 reports here: FDC portal/Proposals/2012-2013 round1/Staff summary/Progress report form/Q1. We ask each entity to also review our general comments there. All the best, Winifred Olliff (Grants Administrator) talk 23:57, 10 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Appreciation

[edit]

Thank you for creating this report. We appreciate that it is easy to understand the progress of each program since you have reported in detail on each of your metrics. Also, you have shared your lessons learned (what worked and what did not) for each program. This learning helps us understand WMAR’s progress and should also be useful to others reading this report who may be implementing similar projects. Please keep up the good work in both respects.

We are excited about some of the changes you are planning for the chapter, including clarifying work plans and roles and the work of your new communications manager. WMAR ls learning from other movement entities and receiving support from them and we agree it is important to understand and adapt ideas to WMAR’s context. Thank you for sharing some of the growing pains you are experiencing; others in the movement may learn from WMAR’s experiences.

Suggestions for future reports

[edit]

We see that WMAR is continuing to focus on professionalization, and hope to see increasing emphasis on the results of program work in future reports.

Thanks Winifred and all the staff involved in the report. We will include your recommendations in the following report and we will be happy to share with you the results of this professionalization effort and its impact in the rest of programs. --Osmar Valdebenito (WMAR) (talk) 03:14, 12 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
