Report format[edit]

Report seems to imply textual content. It may be advisable to ask for references in press or blogposts about events.--Arjunaraoc (talk) 16:43, 9 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Metrics[edit]

As Wiki eco system is so much self driven, emphasis on metrics on a quarterly metrics relating to editors, pages may be detrimental. The organisation should be able to focus on the trends, rather than absolute numbers, which may be apparent over an year for most projects.--Arjunaraoc (talk) 16:43, 9 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Anticipated/Budget[edit]

For the revenues and spending, should the anticipated and budget columns be for that quarter or the full year? Ainali (talk) 10:23, 24 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello Ainali, the columns should be filled out for the full year. Thanks for asking, and let me know if anything else comes up while filling out the report form. KLove (WMF) (talk) 01:50, 28 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Currency[edit]

I think its usefull to make the FDC proposal in US$ to help community and FDC to be able to compare projects at a certain moment, but when the time comes for the reports I think we should switch to the actual currency of the entity, otherwise the accounting is bias and it's became totally inacurate. --Charles Andrès (WMCH) 14:56, 25 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Excellent point, Charles. Reporting should be primarily in local currency with estimates in US$. We'll add that option to the tables shortly and get in touch with the entities that may have already started work on the tables to let them know. Location[edit]

Should not that be renamed to Grants:APG/Progress report form? :) (ping Katy & Wolliff).
