Target outcome Achieved outcome Explanation
Number of volunteers 15 We had additional five volunteers topping up to be 20. We sent out the call we estimated to have 15 people participating for the project but 20 people applied and they did an awesome job.
We were looking at achieving 500 plus entries to the project We had 520 entries contributed. The teams initial target was to have 500 plus contribution to the project but at the end of the project we saw on increase from the initial stated target to 520

Please describe how much grant money you spent for approved expenses, and tell us what you spent it on. 1. Internet - Internet for the whole project - GHC 2,000

2. Food - Food for the two day event , for volunteers and team - GHC 2,000

3. Transportion - Transportion for two - GHC 200

4. Contingency - GHC 500

5. Venue (for 2 day event) - GHC 1,500

Total = GHC 6,200
