Yes it went well and I am happy, even though we had power cuts disruptions, we celebrated wiki.

What worked well?

We have a good number of people taking part which really shows growth in our community engagement.

What did not work so well?

We had problems with load shedding, power cuts during our activities, we did not organize a power back up generator.

What would you do differently next time?

We should include power back up generator in future so that we have a smooth and happy editing session.

1. space rent for edit a thorns = P 1800. 00 x 3 days = P 5400.00

2. Wikipedia 20 cake and snacks = P 500.00 designed cake + P 950.00 = P 1450.00

3. T-shirts for participants = P70.00 x 10 Tees = P 700.00

4. Caps for participants = P 20.00 x 10 caps = P 200.00

5. Transportation = This expense was not receipted, the cost included the organization costs, meal arrangements, transportation from home to the meeting place by 3 organizers. The amount used was P 3 450.00 up until everything was over.

6. Decoration (Party) = (Oswell Catering and Deco Co), P 2100.00

7.Party Meals = Discounted catering price of P 1 900.00 to offer food to the participants

8. space rent for party = P 3 100

Total = P 18 800.00
