Yes.We are happy that this time the participation was good and more members joined the prioritization discussion event.
Outcome
[edit]Please report on your original project targets. Please be sure to review and provide metrics required for Rapid Grants.
- We are happy that we were able to raise awareness about the existence of regional and global Movement Strategy events to more members and through these discussions we were able to discuss more about the upcoming projects and activities within our community.Morever we were able to merge the Universal Code of Conduct discussion (Facilitated by WMF represenattive Mervat Salman), the discussions were so fruitfully interms of creating awareness on global movement ongoing discsussions, participation of the Wikimedians in those activities and understanding of the next steps both locally and globally. In these discussion atleast 34 participants actively engaged in the discussions and participated to give their thoiughts and endorsement to the prioritizations that were suggestedduring the firt local prioritization event on 19 Nov 2020.

Learning
[edit]Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well?
- Participants were active in engaging in the discussions.
- Internet support was so helpful for the participants to join the online discussions
- Good number of participants (atleast 34) whoactively participated in these discussions was an encouraging thing that people now have the knowledge on movement strategy.
- It was nice having a WMF staff to facilitate the Universal Code of Conduct discussion, which seemed to inspire women to actively participate in the movement.
- What did not work so well?
- COVID 19 issues was a hindrance to an inperson gathering that could have been more fruitful in terms of engaging more people.
- What would you do differently next time?
- Hosting an inperson discussions if the COVID 19 situation in our country will allow it. This is to ensure more participation.
