2. Tea, Drinks and Bites - 600,000 TZS
3. Internet - 180,000 TZS
4. Local Transport (for the participants and event organizers while making arrangements for the events) -1,200,000 TZS
5. Venue - 390,000 TZS
6. Stationary and Graphics Designing - 300,000 TZS
7. Communications(Data,call and sms bundles for the organizers) - 225,000 TZS
8. Gifts for contributors with high contributions - 400,000 TZS
9. Total = 4,645,000 TZS
