Learning
[edit]Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well? We managed to reach all the goals that we had suggested with the main one having a team that could understand the goals and motives of the community and the Wikimedia Mission as well.
- What did not work so well? We had a huge number of participants more than we had budgeted for, and its just because many wanted to be part of the program, but we shall have to work out a way how to accommodate more in our upcoming programs
- What would you do differently next time?
We would now have to, 1. Make a request for a project that shall allow us to train at least 20 to 25 participants cause many members want to join in, 2. We also would love to apply for a series of different projects to make sure that we can achieve our goals better with a higher number of committed members
