- What worked well?
Because I made internet bundles available for all participants made it possible to have more than the planned participants to participate in the project.
- What did not work so well?
It was difficult to motivate late entry into the editathons because the participants that started the events already have more characters added/edits than the participants that joined later.
- What would you do differently next time?
I would split the Souvenirs to top 3 participant in each event.
