- What worked well?
- Organizing a pre-event briefing and explaining why it matters to participate made interest in contributing soar
- Making souvenir available to all participants made late joiners to participate and also edit.
- Promoting the event on all channels available made it possible to have participants from far parts of the country.
- What did not work so well?
- Connecting on zoom was difficult for most participant as their network is bad and takes them off from the zoom meeting.
- What would you do differently next time?
- Next time, I will opt for physical event where this is possible as against virtual event because of network issue.

- Souvenir for every other participants: $200
- Dispatch of souvenirs to all participants: $100
