Goals
[edit]Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?
Although we haven't achieved all our targets, we are satisfied with our results, for the first time we attend the contest in our country :
- 752 photos were uploaded by 50 participants (with 45 Uploaders registered after competition start)
- 3 training and upload sessions were held in Abomey-Calavi
- 2 training and upload sessions were held in Cotonou
- 3 photo walk outgoing were held in Abomey-Calavi and Cotonou
- Each participant received 1 T-shirt and a sticker
- Media participation in the events increased the visibility of the wikimedia projects and the Wiki loves africa 2019 contest in Benin
- The exhibition of the 20 best beninese photos was displayed for since march, 25th in Campus numerique francophone de Cotonou at Abomy-Calavi university

- Awareness-raising in Cotonou and Abomey-Calavi allowed the participation of several photographers and amateurs

- Bad internet connexion during uploading session
- Lack of professional camera for photo hunt outgoing sessions
- Few number of professional photographer within the participants

- Contacting sooner sponsors
- Trying to interest more professional photographers
