[edit]Tell us how you'll carry out your project. Be sure to answer the following questions:
1. Are you doing one editathon or training or a series of editathons or trainings?
- We plan to organize 2 editathon and trainings with one discussion session during this project. We will make use of online platforms such as Telegram and Google meet to carry out this training.
2. How will you let your community know about the event? Please paste links below to where relevant communities have been notified of your proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions.
- We have an already existing Telegram group where we will inform existing wikipedians and we will also run a Facebook and Twitter ad to notify new interested participant
3. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead the event?
- Yes
4. Do participants have the equipment or skills needed to participate and contribute high quality content? If not, how will you support them?
- We will host the events virtually on Telegram and Google Meet. We will ensure sure that participants know the time and schedules for the events by a pinned message on the Telegram group and an SMS/Call reminder to there various contact. Also we will subscribe internet for those who can’t afford it but are interested in the training.
5. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?
- We will continue engaging participants through sending emails and updates relating to Wikipedia on the group
6. Are you running any in-person events or activities? If so, you will need to complete the steps outlined on the Risk Assessment protocol related to COVID-19. When you have completed these steps, please provide a link to your completed copy of the risk assessment tool below:
