1. Are you doing one editathon or training or a series of editathons or trainings?
- I plan to do this project for two days, I will invite existing editors and order people to teach them how to create and improve articles of sport people and their clubs
2. How have you let relevant Wikimedia communities know about this proposal? You are required to provide links to on-wiki pages to inform these communities about your proposed work. Examples of places where this can be done include community discussion pages, affiliate discussion pages, or relevant project talk pages.

For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings.
- Through social media platforms; WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram
4. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead the event? Please provide links to the usernames of these individuals.
For example: User:M-Mustapha, User:Uncle Bash007, User:Hamxo and User:Itzedubaba are all experienced editors therefore, they will help in carrying out this project.
5. Do participants have the equipment or skills needed to participate and contribute high quality content? If not, how will you support them?
- Yes some of the participants are experienced while others will need guidance and training.
6. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?
- Participants will be engaged through mentorships and guidance on how they will keep editing till they become experience editors
7. Are you running any in-person events or activities? If so, you will need to complete the steps outlined on the Risk Assessment protocol related to COVID-19. Impact
[edit]How will you know if the project is successful and you've met your goals? Please include the following targets:
- The project is two days events
- A minimum of 30 participants are expected to attend the event
- We will have at list 20 new users
- We will create and Polish 100 articles
- Number of repeat participants (for projects that include a series of events)
Resources
[edit]What resources do you have? Include information on who is organizing the project, what they will do, and if you will receive support from anywhere else (in-kind donations or additional funding).
- I am undergraduate student and a sports enthusiast, an active editor for almost 2years, I will lead the events as the resource person. I have also participated in various Wikipedia projects activities.
What resources do you need? For your funding request, list bullet points for each expense and include a total amount.
- Transportation and communication will cost:$200
- Face mask and sanitizer will cost:$150
- Ranted computers and a Projector for two days will cost:$190
- Data subscription for two days will cost:$200
- Shirts and caps for organizers will cost: $150
- Event Hall for the two days will cost:$420
- A banner,flyers and tags to make the events look more efficient will cost:$190
- Refreshments for two days will cost:$380
