Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?
Provision of internet subscription on participant helped participant to continue editing post event days.
Using a Universal Router stabilized the internet connection. We could switch between different internet providers when one provider's connection is poor and this accounted for smooth events experience.
  • What did not work so well?
The event days fell in a period were activities were high on campus thus it was difficult to get more people to attend and I had to go the extra mile to find a conducive event space to rent.
  • What would you do differently next time?
I would plan my event days for such participants to exclude the last quarter of the year.
