Learning

[edit]

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?

The new recruitment style was worked very well I Incorporated the university's local club called UNZApreneurs who helped to mobilise the students from the University.

  • What did not work so well?

Well the fact the Corona Virus kicked in I cant really tell cause we only had 2 meets ups. We later used the hall for meet ups and to finish off the Edit-a-thaons and we where given an extra 2 days where we had a the certificate and gift presentations for the top 4 contributors.

  • What would you do differently next time?

Hopefully we wont have a pandemic

Anything else

[edit]

Anything else you want to share about your project? The momentum and fire that we started with was lost after the COVID-19 pandemic. I was working with students from all over the country at the University of Zambia and since the School was shut down most of them went back to there homes and that was the majority.
